Terms of Service

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms of Service ("Terms") set out the conditions for using Team Archive (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Article 2 (Description of the Service)

The Service provides tools for school clubs and community teams to manage and archive match records and video links.

Article 3 (Accounts and Team Management)

  • No account registration is required to use the Service.
  • Whoever holds a team's team code is treated as that team's administrator (a "Member").
  • You are responsible for keeping your team code secure.
  • We are not liable for damages resulting from a lost or compromised team code.

Article 4 (Prohibited Conduct)

You may not:

  • Violate any law or public order and morals
  • Infringe the rights of other users or third parties
  • Interfere with the operation of the Service
  • Improperly obtain or use another team's team code
  • Use the Service for unauthorized commercial purposes
  • Post content that is harmful to minors
  • Infringe copyright, likeness rights, or other intellectual property rights

Article 5 (Handling of Content)

  • Copyright in content you post remains with you.
  • We may use your content to the extent necessary to operate and improve the Service.
  • Video links point to content hosted on external services. Please also review those services' own terms.

Article 6 (Paid Plans)

  • The Pro plan is billed annually.
  • Existing data is retained after cancellation.
  • Payments are processed through Stripe. See our Legal Notice (Japan) for details.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

  • The Service is provided "as is."
  • We do not guarantee permanent data storage. Please export important data regularly.
  • We are not liable for damages resulting from service interruption or termination, except where caused by our own fault.
  • We have no obligation to intervene in or compensate for disputes between users.

Article 8 (Changes to or Termination of the Service)

We may change or discontinue the Service without prior notice. Where possible, we will provide advance notice of significant changes.

Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our location.
